Welcome to the offer999 Advertiser Terms and Conditions. This document is a legal agreement between you, the Advertiser, and the offer999 Affiliate Network. By registering for, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our network provides a platform for advertisers to run performance-based marketing campaigns with our network of marketing partners.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To become an advertiser, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to keep your account details current and secure. You must also maintain enough funds in your account to cover your campaign costs. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your campaign.

3. Campaign Management

• Campaign Information: All campaigns must include clear and accurate information, including campaign goals, payout rates, and any specific rules or restrictions.

• Changes and Approval: Any changes to campaign details must be submitted through our platform and are subject to approval. Significant changes, such as a decrease in payout rate, require reasonable notice to our affiliates.

• Campaign Termination: offer999 reserves the right to terminate any campaign that violates these terms, uses deceptive practices, or fails to meet performance standards.

4. Payments and Billing

Our platform is a performance-based model, meaning you only pay for completed actions (e.g., sales, leads, or clicks) as defined in your campaign. There are no setup fees. Payments will be deducted from your account balance based on a valid and approved action. You can add funds to your account using the methods specified on the platform.

• Transaction Disputes: You may dispute transactions or charges within 30 days of the transaction date. All disputes must be submitted with valid proof and are subject to review.

• Fraudulent Activity: offer999 has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. Any fraudulent actions will result in the immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of all funds, and may lead to legal action.

5. Prohibited Activities

Advertisers are strictly prohibited from the following activities:

• Promoting illegal content or services.

• Using deceptive or misleading marketing practices.

• Engaging in any form of spamming, including unsolicited email marketing.

• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with our tracking and billing systems.

6. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect as long as you use our services. You can terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. offer999 may terminate your account immediately for any violation of these terms.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to treat all business and technical information as confidential. You acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws related to any customer data you collect through your campaigns.

8. Intellectual Property

You grant offer999 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your brand, trademarks, and creative materials for the purpose of running your campaigns on our network.
